Bonjour Vegetable Diets Recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, sliced in half

1 small tomato, diced

2 standard Vegetable Stems

4 stalks celery, diced

2 red onions, diced

3 liquid mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Place diced onion into large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add tomato, celery and celery in mixture and stir well. Remove from heat and stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer 45 minutes more.
