Makin' Meat Recipe

Ingredients

6 slices bacon

6 slices French or Italian cheese

6 green onions, sliced

5 medium tomatoes, sliced

3 large tomatoes, sliced

1 quarter cup celery seed

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 tablespoons pimento cheese

1 onion, thinly sliced

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Caulk exterior of steak, leaving 1/4 inch thick; place bacon in skillet; cook over medium heat until evenly browned. Remove bacon from skillet; set aside.

To the skillet over medium heat, stir together the French cheese, green onions, tomatoes, tomatoes, celery, salt, pepper and pimento cheese. Cook until heated through, slightly crisp.

Season steak with soy sauce and eggs and potato, then stack the steak with the chips. Let stand for at least 15 minutes before carving.
